A visionary in the industry, Gutierrez is known for translating innovative concepts into culturally impactful beauty looks.

In this newly created role, Gutierrez will lead Kiko Milano’s global artistry direction across product development, campaigns, and trend innovation—bringing the brand’s Italian-born creativity and color authority to a worldwide audience.

“We are proud to welcome Marcelo to Kiko Milano at such a transformative moment for the brand. His unique creative vision, combined with a modern understanding of beauty culture, will play a fundamental role in sharpening our make-up identity worldwide.”
